DECONTAMINATION GATES
APPLICATION
The decontamination gate is used to decontaminate people by contact with the disinfectant
with exposed body parts and clothing. This device can be installed at the entrances to offices, workplaces, office buildings, hospitals, supermarkets, etc. The gate system is activated automatically by applying a disinfectant to the entire person - without the effect of getting the clothes wet. Micro-droplets of mist produced by a set of nozzles disinfect the skin and penetrate the pores of clothing, inactivating microbes, bacteria and viruses, including Covid-19. Studies conducted by scientists from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have shown that the virus is in able to survive on fabrics for up to two days. Mist system effectively disinfects outer clothing of a passing person. The average size of droplets in water mist is 10 microns. Thanks to the automatic activation and deactivation of the system, the disinfection liquid is saved, while the person staying in the gate during the misting does not have any touch contact with gate elements. The time a person stays in the gate is about 10 seconds.

BASIC TECHNICAL DATA
The decontamination gate is made of two walls, a ceiling and a floor slab and is a transitive structure in the form of a tunnel.
Gate dimensions: height - 2.30 m, width - 1.46 m, depth - 1.20 m.
The construction of the walls is made of galvanized steel sheet, powder coated.
The stable construction of the goal is filled with a layer of foamed polyurethane.
Total weight of the gate: 150 kg (additional weight of a 100% filled sprinkler system 200 kg on a trolley). The gate is equipped with a fog sprinkler system.
The floor is a plate made of non-slip corrugated stainless steel with dripping holes. The walls are connected to the floor panel by inserting the wall panel into the C-profiles that are part of the floor.
The floor plate is placed on a rubber mat located in a made cuvette made of stainless steel, dimensions 1.46x2.0 m.
Power consumption during operation is approx. 200W. Supply voltage 230V, lamp supply voltage
and sensors - 24V. During the summer heat, the gate - by overloading the installation - can be used as a water curtain with low water consumption in the form of fog.
GATE OPERATION
In the idle state (no fogging takes place), the lamps installed on both sides of the gate light up green. When entering the gate, the sensors trigger the fogging system - both lamps switch to red. The dwell time in the gate is approximately 10 seconds. After this time, the fog system switches off automatically and the two lamps mentioned above switch to green - you can then leave the gate. The green colour of the signal lamps indicates that the next person can approach the gate and be disinfected. The control system allows disinfection regardless of the direction of movement of the person passing through - the gate operates bi-directionally.
The signalling system includes a lamp whose yellow light indicates the need to refill the disinfectant.
The signalling system includes a lamp whose yellow light indicates the need to refill the disinfectant. There is a liquid level sensor in the tank, the setting of which can be adjusted.
POWER SUPPLY AND SIGNALING SYSTEM
The electrical system of the decontamination gate consists of the following elements:
· Control box.
· Signaling system informing about the operation of the fog system, consisting of two two-color lamps - green/red.
A warning system consisting of a yellow lamp informing about the need to refill the disinfectant.
· Sensors that automatically activate the fog system.
· Emergency stop switch.
On the control box there is a mains socket for connecting the gate's power supply
DISINFECTANT
The disinfectant liquid was developed by scientists from the Silesian University of Technology. It is based on a well-known and widely available disinfectant used in hospitals and swimming pool techniques. After only 1 minute from the moment of contact of the disinfectant liquid with the fogged surface, it provides over 90% removal of bacteria, microbes and viruses, including Covid-19 from this surface.
The task of the developers was to determine the concentration of the resulting solution and its dosage so as to ensure a safe dose of the drug while a person is in the gate. Information on how to prepare the disinfectant liquid is provided with the delivery of the gate.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
The manufacturer ensures the implementation of the gate within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. It is possible to adapt to the timely expectations of the Ordering Party.
On request, the manufacturer offers transport to the assembly site and assembly of the gate at the Customer's. The decontamination gate can also be installed by the Ordering Party, based on the assembly instructions provided with the delivery. Along with the delivery of the gate, the manufacturer provides a disinfectant sufficient (depending on the frequency of use) for several weeks of operation.
DECONTAMMINATION TUNNELS
APPLICATION
The decontamination tunnel is used to decontaminate - continuously - passing people by contacting the decontaminant with exposed body parts, clothing and hand luggage. This device can be installed in the entrances of buildings, workplaces, office buildings, hospitals, markets where there is a continuous flow of people. The system starts automatically applying the disinfectant to the whole person - without the effect of wetting the clothes. Micro-droplets of mist, produced by a set of nozzles, disinfect the skin and penetrate the pores of clothing or carry-on luggage, deactivating microorganisms, bacteria and viruses, including Covid-19. Studies conducted by researchers at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have shown that the virus is able to survive on fabrics for up to two days. People passing through the tunnel during fogging do not have any tactile contact with the items of equipment. The tunnel was built on the basis of a decontamination gate - it consists of seven composite gates. The gates are connected to each other by hook-and-loop locks, which makes installation much easier and faster.

BASIC TECHNICAL DATA
The decontamination tunnel is a stable walk-through modular structure and is built with seven gates (modules). Each gate is built with side walls, ceiling and floor plates.
Dimensions of the tunnel: height - 2.30m, width - 1.46m, depth - 8.4m (7 x 1.2 m).
The wall structure is made of galvanized steel sheet, powder-coated.
Total weight of the tunnel: 1050kg (in addition, the weight of a 100% filled sprinkler system 2x200kg on carts). The tunnel is equipped with a two-circuit fogging system.
The floor is a plate of stainless steel corrugated anti-slip sheet with drip holes made in it. The floor plates are seated in a tray made of stainless steel sheet, which is a reservoir for the rest of the used disinfectant liquid.
Power consumption during operation is about 700W. The supply voltage is 230V.
During the summer heat, the tunnel - by overdriving the installation - can serve as a water curtain with a small consumption of water in the form of mist.
TUNNEL OPERATION
When the sensor detects a person approaching the tunnel - the fog system is activated. The dwell time in the tunnel is about 10 seconds assuming the passage of persons with a slow, walking step. Signaling informs about the movement of people in the tunnel. The description of the signaling method - red and green light - is located on the side wall at the entrance to the gate. The signaling system informs about the need to refill the disinfectant fluid. The level of the liquid can be adjusted.
POWER SUPPLY AND SIGNALING SYSTEM
The electrical system of the tunnel consists of the following components:
- Control box.
- Signaling system informing about the operation of the fogging system.
- Warning system indicating the need to refill the disinfectant fluid.
- Sensors that automatically activate the fogging system.
- Emergency switch.
- Tunnel lighting.
