Zakład Budowy Urządzeń i Aparatury Naukowo-Doświadczalnej Sp. z o.o. was established in 1966 as an organizational unit of the Central Mining Institute.
From the beginning of its creation, it was the production and design base as well as the experimental and prototype base of the Institute.
Pursuant to the regulation of the President of the Republic of Poland of June 27, 1934 (Commercial Code) and the implementation of the resolution of the Scientific Council of the Central Mining Institute in Katowice of June 16, 1993, the process of privatization of the Institute was undertaken by establishing a limited liability company named Zakład Budowy Urządzeń i Aparatury Naukowo - Doświadczalnej Sp. z o. o.
On September 24, 1993, a limited liability company was established based in Katowice with capital participation of the Central Mining Institute.
The subject of the Company's activity since its inception is manufacturing and service activities and commercial, on own account or as an intermediary in domestic and foreign trade, which includes:

conducting manufacturing activities in the field of production of experimental and prototype devices
and serial production for the mining industry, energy, metallurgy, environmental protection, trade and research and development facilities, -
selling own products in the country,

export of own products,

repair, renovation and cooperation services of machine devices,
-
intermediation in the purchase and sale of equipment, subassemblies and machines,
-
intermediation in the purchase and sale of metallurgical products, coal and its products.
In the near future, the Zakład Budowy Urządzeń i Naukowo-Doświadczalna Sp. z o. o. is to maintain
a leading position in the production of guides for exhaust vessels and other products offered. We want to achieve this by:
