According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation),  Zakład Budowy Urządzeń i aparatury Naukowo-Doświadczalnej Sp. z o. o.  informs:

  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to provide services in accordance with the concluded contract.

  4. The legal grounds for your processing are:

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes;

  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by
    a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, which require protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child.

5. Your data may be made available to other entities authorized under the law.

6. The recipients of your data may be partners, debt collection companies, banks, postal operators,                            carriers, companies printing correspondence or handling correspondence received from customers, companies      archiving documents.

7. Your personal data will be stored for the period of:

    personal data processed in order to conclude or perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator's legal                  obligation will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the period necessary to:

           a) after-sales customer service (e.g. handling complaints)

           b) securing or pursuing possible claims

           c) fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations);

  •     personal data processed for the purposes of marketing own products or services on the basis of a                    legitimate legal interest will be processed until the data subject objects;

  •     personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent will be stored until its withdrawal.

8. Zakład Budowy Urządzeń i Aparatury Naukowo-Doswiadczalnej Sp. z o. o. will not transfer your                              personal data to a third country or an international organization.

9. You have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data concerning the data subject,              rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to              transfer data and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing              based on consent before its withdrawal), to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

10. Providing your personal data in the scope of statutory requirements is mandatory

      and the rest is voluntary. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner or profiled.
