ROLLING GUIDES TYPE
KU-320/10, KB-320/20 and KC-350/20

The guides are intended for guiding hoisting vessels on steel or wooden guides with a rectangular cross-section in shafts with regular or no regular movement of people with a load capacity of up to 200 kN and a travel speed of 20 m/s.

1. Rolling guides for vessels with a lifting capacity of up to 100 kN.


For lifting vessels with a lifting capacity of up to 100 kN, one guide unit consists of:

  • two side guides KU-320/10 (right and left version),

  • front guide KU-320/10 (left or right version).

4 guiding units are mounted on one exhaust vessel. Parameters of the KU-320/10 guide:​

  • overall dimensions 260 x 360 x 380mm,

  • minimum cross-section of the guide 130 x 140mm,

  • weight 47.5 kg.

 

2. Rolling guides for vessels with a lifting capacity of 100+200 kN.


One guide assembly consists of a set of three guides:

  • two side guides KB-320/20 (right and left),

  • one front guide KC-350/20.

Parameters of the KB-320/20 side guide:​

  • overall dimensions 320 x 405 x 380mm,

  • weight 53 kg.

Parameters of the KC-350/20 front guide:​

  • overall dimensions 280 x 495 x 405mm,

  • mass 80 kg.

ROLLING GUIDES TYPE KB 320/75, KB 320/75A

KC 350/75, KC 350/75A

Rolling guides type KB 320/75, KB 320/75A, KC 350/75 and KC 350/75A are designed for rolling, flexible guiding of mining shaft hoist vessels on rigid guides with a total weight of the vessel together with excavated material and suspensions up to 75Mg, with a speed of speed of these devices up to 20m/s.

  • Max weight of loaded vessel with slings 75 Mg.

  • Max. sheave displacement (adjustment) - 35mm version without eccentricity,
    35mm +e=10mm version "A" for a rolling sheave with an eccentric axis.

  • Pulley outer diameter 350mm for KC 350/75 and KC 350/75A

ROLLING GUIDES TYPE KU 320/15 and KU 320/15A

Rolling guides type KU 320/15 and KU 320/15A are intended for rolling mining vessels of shaft hoists on rigid guides with a useful transport weight of up to 15 Mg and the speed of travel of the vessels

For hoisting vessels with a transportable payload up to and including 15 Mg, one guide assembly consists of three guides:

  •  Guide KU-320/15 or KU-320/15A in left execution as a side guide,

  •  Guide KU-320/15 or KU-320/15A in the right version as a side guide,

  •  KU-320/15 or KU-320/15A guide in right or left execution as a frontal guide.

  • KU guides are made with a straight axis designated as KU-320/15 or with an eccentric axis as KU-320/15A .

  • There are four guide units per vessel. The travel speed of the vessel is up to 20 m/s  Parameters of the guide KU-320/15 and KU-320/15A :

  • Guide height approx. 380 mm

  • Guide height approx. 380 mm ±8 "A" version with eccentric adjustment

  • Rolling guide weight approx .40 kg

  • Guide width range 130÷240 mm

ROLLING GUIDES TYPE 420/75 - front and 420/75 - side

Rolling guides type 420/75 - front and 420/75 - side are designed for rolling, flexible guiding of mining shaft hoist vessels on rigid guides with the total weight of vessels together with suspensions up to 75Mg, with a travel speed of up to 20m/s.

ROLLING GUIDES KU 320/10A AND KC 350/20A WITH ECCENTRIC ADJUSTMENT

The guides are designed for rolling, flexible guidance of hoisting vessels on steel or wooden guides at speeds of up to 20 m/s, in shafts with and without regular human travel.

1. Rolling guides for vessels with lifting capacity up to 100 kN


For hoisting vessels with lifting capacity up to 100 kN, one guide unit consists of:

  • two side guides KU 320/10A (right and left design),

  • a front guide KU 320/10A (left or right execution).

 

Four guide assemblies are mounted on one extraction vessel.


KU 320/10A guide parameters:

  • tread diameter 320mm,

  • overall dimensions 360 ± e x 260 x 380 ± e (e = 8),

  • minimum section of the guide 130 x 140mm,

  • weight 37kg.

 

2. Rolling guides for vessels with a load capacity of 100 - 200 kN.

One guide unit consists of a set of three guides:

two side guides KB 320/20A (right and left), one front guide KC 350/20A.Tread diameter 320mm, overall dimensions 405 x 320 x 380, weight 53kg.Tread diameter 350mm, overall dimensions 495 ± e x 280 x 415 ± e (e = 10), weight 80kg.


Eccentric adjustment ensures smooth advancement of the tread with its wear to the guide. The guides are attached to the head or base frame of the extraction vessel with screws. The guide designs are completely interchangeable with the KU 320/10 and KC 350/20 guides. The "A" in the name of the guides stands for eccentric adjustment.

ROLLING GUIDE TYPE ZBL

Type ZBL rolling guides are designed for rolling, flexible guidance of mine shaft hoist vessels along rigid steel guides with the weight of the vessel with suspensions and payload up to 50 Mg and travel speed up to 20 m/s.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GUIDE WITH PULLEYS ZBL 350

  • Max weight of loaded vessel with slings 50 Mg

  • Max travel speed 20m/s

  • Range of guide width 140 ÷ 200mm

  • Max deflection of the guide from horizontal force 15mm

  • External width of the pulley 110mm

  • Height of guide set ~ 580mm

  • Weight of rolling guide ~ 90kg

  • Eccentric size for eccentric axis e=10 (AM, BM variety only)

 

The rolling guide set for one extraction vessel consists of 4 sets of rolling guides.

The rolling guide set includes:

  • Rolling guide in left and right execution as side guidance,

  • Rolling guide in right or left execution as frontal guidance.

The set of rolling guides of type ZBL is screwed (with the possibility of sliding the wheels to the guide on the support plate) directly to the vessel structure.

Guides in the version with an eccentric axis can be pushed against the guide by adjusting the axis of the guide every 60 degrees by double the eccentric value. For ZBL 350 by 2 x e = 20mm, and for ZBL 320 and ZBL 300 by 2 x e = 30mm.

It is recommended to use equal-sized pulleys in one set of rolling guides. It is possible to mount pulleys of different sizes in one set of wheels, e.g. 350 for the front guide and 320 for the side guide, or 320 for the front guide and 300 for the side guide.

ROLLING GUIDES TYPE A350/15 i A320/15

Type A350/15 and A320/15 rolling guides are designed for rolling, guiding the vessels of mine shaft hoists on rigid guides with a transportable payload of up to 15 Mg, with the travel speed of these devices up to 20 m/s.

Type PPL-250 rolling guides are designed for rolling, flexible guidance of mine shaft hoist vessels on rigid guides with a total transport weight including suspensions of up to 40 Mg and vessel travel speed of up to 20 m/s.

Type PC-350 and PB-320 rolling guides (in design variants) are designed for rolling, flexible guidance of mine shaft hoist vessels on rigid guides with the total weight of vessels including suspensions up to 75Mg, with a travel speed of up to 20m/s.
