PL-280 ROLLING ROPE GUIDE
ZBUiAND Sp. z o. o. offers guides intended for guiding hoisting vessels on steel ropes with
a diameter of 48 to 58 mm in shafts with regular or no regular traffic, with a load capacity of up to 50 Mg and a travel speed of up to 20 m/s.
The rope guide is made as PL-280 - right-hand execution and PL-280 - left-hand execution.

PL 320/20 ROLLING ROPE GUIDE
The PL 320/20 rolling rope guide is designed for rolling, flexible guiding of mine shaft hoist vessels on rope guides with the weight of the vessel with suspensions and payload up to 40 Mg, with the travel speed of these devices up to 20 m/s. Rolling guides type PL 320/20 work as additional guiding elements of the extraction vessel, equipped with a set of sliding sleeve guides, attached to the head and bottom frame of the vessel.
Technical description
A set of rope guides for one vessel consists of eight PL 320/20 type rope guides shown in the photo above. For one vessel, half of the guides are left-handed, the other half are right-handed.
The rope guide consists of:

the base with the elements that fasten the disc, the shock absorber insert with the holes for fixing it to the vessel.
The PL 320/20 type rope guide is screwed directly to the structure of the vessel.
The guide has the ability to move the pulley to the carrying rope on the bearing plate, due to the use of elongated "bean" holes. It is recommended to install two sets of guides in the upper frame (the so-called vessel head) and the lower frame (foot).
